Wildlife Tracking I

Wildlife Tracking I

This workshop lays the foundation for those wishing to learn the mysteries of wildlife tracking. Through understanding the principles of gait interpretation and animal physiology, students are able to learn the makers of the tracks in a very intimate way. Using Sand and Clear Print Classification, students set the baseline that can be subsequently built upon like a personal field guide. Students then move into interpreting debris, which encompasses how Compression Tracking works.  Finally, students delve into Sign Tracking, in order to connect the dots and turn lifeless compressions into intimate topographic maps of the track makers’ very souls.

No Experience is necessary, simply the passion to learn!
